TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Is tourist tax included?
All quotes do not include tourist tax, which amounts to € 2.50 per day per person over 14 years old, applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
2) How can I confirm the reservation? What about in case of cancellation?
A deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will be made at the hotel during check in.
If you cancel your reservation within 10 days of your scheduled arrival date, you may recover your deposit by moving your stay (of a minimum of 5 nights or the same nights as the cancelled reservation) to another period by September of the following year, subject to our availability (WE DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS).
If, on the other hand, the cancellation is received less than 10 days after the scheduled arrival date (whatever the reason: hospitalization, injury, etc.), the deposit paid will in no way be refundable or recoverable in another period.
By sending the deposit, the above conditions are understood to be accepted by both parties.
3) What time can check-in and check-out be done?
Rooms will be delivered by 1:00/13:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The stay begins with lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 pm.
4) Are animals accepted?
Small to medium-sized four-legged friends are welcome in our hotel. The only rule to be respected, they cannot enter the common areas: in the dining room and in the swimming pool.
5) Where can I leave my car?
In the indoor parking lot with an extra charge of € 5.00 per day if available, in the contracted outdoor parking lots one 350 m away from the hotel, the other reachable with the free shuttle
7) Can I enter and leave the hotel whenever I want?
The hotel is open 24 hours a day with night watchman.
8) Early Departure.
Early departures will be charged for the entire stay booked.
